Will take 5 1/2 years to drain Taycan battery completely from 90% from sitting unused based on rate calculated!

Thanks. need to make plans then if I do a 5.75 year trip around the world.
@Reg I think you mean if we have shelter in place for 5.75 years...

The Taycan must be shipped with a wooden stake, no vampire drain issues... (Well.. Barring Don's @louv current 12V issue)

I will tell you I have almost bricked my Roadster a couple of times. I always have to plug it in, so can't put into storage without power, and even with storage mode I came back to the car once at 5% battery because a firmware bug had prevented charging from kicking in. Lucky I came back when I did. And yes it was plugged in, no nothing was tripped, and it was simple a bug. I changed mode from storage to normal and it immediately started charging.

Yah had similar problems but it was early days... :) Then I wanted the new 3.0 battery for the roadster and left the car with Tesla. 2 years later still no 3.0 battery and tesla had bricked my car...... :CWL: still waiting for a replacement battery..... :crying: The roadster is a fun little car!
