- Enjoying my 21' Taycan 4S
Won’t you be getting an MY23 with an August build anyway? I might be wrong, depending on the various delays, not sureI have a build start date of 7/8. If it ends up falling into MY 23, I will likely cancel (so if anyone is looking for a nicely equipped CT4, one might become available... )
I've had confirmation from my dealer that my August build would have been an MY23 build.Won’t you be getting an MY23 with an August build anyway? I might be wrong, depending on the various delays, not sure
Sorry, American date: July 8th.Won’t you be getting an MY23 with an August build anyway? I might be wrong, depending on the various delays, not sure
Production ready date of my car is mid July, confirmed mid June by dealer. (order from 1/12/2021) Keep posted if something change.I have a build completion date of 8th of July, so we'll see I guess..
Spoke to my salesman today as well. He hasn't heard anything about a battery fire from the internal message boards.
This is the northeast US.
So I'm going to bury my head in the sand and accept this as 100% incontrovertible fact.
I find it interesting as well - has anyone in US received news of this delay? My TYD still is the same (start build next week expected)It is curious that it is mainly UK dealers reporting this. My CT4S is due to start build this week, dealer says there will be a delay, but hasn’t specified how long, neither has he refuted the 4 weeks that was reported on this forum. We shall see. Looking to register my car as a 72 plate, so 4 week delay would drop it at the dealer end Aug - result (I have been waiting for it since 6th Aug 2021).
My TYD's estimated start of production date has past but it has not updated to in production.I find it interesting as well - has anyone in US received news of this delay? My TYD still is the same (start build next week expected)
