It may relate to the QR step not being complete.

Try a full factory reset on PMCC and start over if not already tried this.

Could your firewall be blocking it?

Try using your phone as a hotspot and bypass your own router (and start over) to see if you can get passed your current point. Once connected and registered it's usually pretty reliable.
Was having issues with internet connection to PMCC on home wifi. Tried phone hotspot and connected to Internet indicating Online - no problems. Was then able to enter user profile. When connected to home wifi it shows 'connected' but not Online. DNS is to a Pihole which I ended up disabling but still can't get Internet connected. Gets an IP address but unable to ping on my network. Any thoughts?

Duplicate IP address maybe?

PMCC will go to 'sleep' after a reasonably short period - this may be the reason for showing offline and ping requests timing out.

Make sure PMCC is 'awake' and then try your PMC Connect Web access for a laptop / pc / mobile etc.

If needed disable sleep mode on the PMCC until you complete your troubleshooting.

Could possibly be that the IP address range your home WiFi / router is assigning to the PMCC conflicts with one it is using internally. If not something like 192.168.X.X, that could cause an issue. You may have to change the addressing for your home network which would be a pain in the ass. Before trying this I would take your PMCC to a friend's house and see if you can get on their WiFi.

Hmmm, I do use a 10.0.X.X gateway. That would be a major pain in the ass. I do wonder then why it would work cleanly via iPhone cell hotspot. I might try to set up different VLAN to see if that does the trick. Thanks for the tip though.

Avoid 10.x.x.x.- I seem to recall on this forum that might be and issue.

I thought though that you mentioned you could see the PMCC on your network - what IP address did it have?

The PMCC picked a DHCP IP address of 10.0.1.7.
