I don’t know about the wheel wells, but having previously taken off the door cards for rattles I can verify the doors have poor sound insulation. I already bought the resonix solution for all 4 doors, they are in my garage right now. I’m on vacation, but will report back after I install them.

Not sure, but I’d bet it won’t be covered so you have to do it yourself. Good news is that if you have rattling headrests, you can kill two birds with one stone.
