Found my problem. The download link at the beginning of this thread did not work for some reason, so I thought it must be outdated. Found a github page instead and downloaded files from there. Turns out an important .JSON is missing there. I tried the download link again tonight, it worked now...

Unfortunately, the scan fails on my side. Cable is plugged into the OBD port fully, ENet shows a green LED in the TCanPro-App, the Taycan is answering, but transmitting the battery data fails. Might be a VMWare problem. I made sure that only the Windows machine has access to the USB Ethernet...
