I can’t seem to get mine to charge. Did u have to do anything special to get it going?

You must switch qi charging i PCM..

Do you use any other Qi chargers and do they work? I ask because iOS has a bug where sometimes devices will stop charging and can be fixed by rebooting the device. This happened to me when I first got my 12 Pro with a desktop Qi charger and a reboot fixed it. Might be worth trying.

Agree wholeheartedly! Everyone one in our family, from wife to grandchildren, completely understand the "manager's reset" - turn off (or preferably unplug) for two minutes and restart. Works amazingly well on anything with a computer brain or relay. For some devices, I go the the electrical panel and throw the circuit breaker off (smart water heater recently).

should work fine. Are you seeing qi on dash when the phone is facing out in the cradle ?

Not seeing it. I tried taking off case. Flipping it a few different ways and can’t seem to get it to work.
