UK Sunlight is not so much an issue as in warmer areas, but summer sun can be penetrating. One reason I optioned the VLC roof. Easily adjustable and keeps the sun out very well, worth the extra IMO.

Just remember if you do use Range mode on the highway, which I do, when you get into a city with plenty of speed humps, make sure you change to Normal mode. Ride height is lower in Range Mode, and you will scrape the underside if you’re not careful.
