I think the main negative message for me if the J1.1 cars don't get some form of update is that my two year old car is now considered to be "legacy" and it won't be long before the J1.2 cars suffer the same.
I get why we might not want the software gimmicks – but iterative improvements like...
Yeah, I missed the monthly subscription fee drop in the email. Any reduction is to be welcomed. I do intend in subscribing to the service in ownership year 4 and have budgeted accordingly. The yearly fee has dropped by a €100.
I signed up to it in January 2023. and they seem happy to honour it until the end of the initial 3 year free period.
I've seen no pressure to accept these new plans/contracts here.
Price drops make the mail make more sense. No such drop for us here in Ireland – and by the looks of – across the Eurozone.
They'll be prising the legacy plan out of my hands on Jan 7, 2026!

"Now even more attractive" must mean something different in Stuttgart! The only benefit of the new plan seems to be if you were using Porsche Charing...
I'm a little confused by the "recommended" Porsche Charging Service Plus option. Is it ever better value or a good idea compared to the regular billing plan?
