I did exactly that, and quoted the WNJ8 campaign number. They told me "they would like to do that for you unfortunately we do not have the tool to do the update from Porsche Canada yet. It is a software update and is distributed on an SD card that is coming from Germany"

My 2 cents. This has happened to me 4 times in the 6 months since I've owned the car. It is very annoying, as you all know. I have had it happen that my favourites have been black, but have come back within 10 minutes. This seems to happen when the car comes out of a "deep sleep".
