Really wishing there was an option to remove the Chrono dash clock/stopwatch altogether. It's really not implemented well in the Taycan, far too obtrusive
It's looking like a viable option. Wouldn't it be nice if Porsche just made it a factory option though.!? I wouldn't even mind the premium price for it.
Agreed! F**king awful about sums it up
The Turbo Front Diffuser is available aftermarket. Suncoast in the US has it for around $900 dollars. I'm sure there's a UK based supplier out there too. Maybe a consideration. I'm sure I'll just learn to love the standard GTS front.
Fortunately i do love...
I do believe at one time, up until a few weeks ago it was possible on "lesser" models (4s) to spec the Front Turbo-Style Lower Spoiler/Diffuser on its own. I may be wrong but for some reason, i have that as a memory from playing around with the configurator...
I'm sure some members with more Porsche buying experience may have some insight on this question...
At what point in the life cycle of a Model does Porsche throw out some extra customization? I suspect half-life "facelift" and/or when there's a price increase. A few extras are thrown in as...
Other cars. Compared to the Bentley Continental and C43. Side by side the Door Cill heights are really noticeable for example. The Taycan looks stuck to the ground. For aesthetics alone, It's a good thing in my opinion. I've no issue being road aware and taking a moment to raise the height if...
For me it was more about the driving experience suiting my driving style. When I'm off the gas I'd rather the car was "holding back" that little bit, rather than freely coasting along. I've had previous cars with the ability to disengage and coast but the Taycans coasting is incredibly...
I'm not sure how much attention to pay to some of these order/allocation systems. Whenever the SA lets me look, there's always the caveat that dates are "shifting all the time"...
From what other forum members are saying i'd say June 2023 at the earliest for a GTS ST ordered today. I've given up...
I think i was too quick to judge the Coffee Beige. In some scenarios with the sun just right and from juts the right angle i kinda like it now. I wont spec it but it aint that bad after all :)
It's definitely a very decent HUD and the more information at our disposal the better but i think its a costly option for that little extra info. I can manage without :)
The SA told me that the actual recup didn't start to work until after 1000 miles. However, switching the function on with the steering wheel button definitely prevented the car from free-coasting. I'm not entirely sure what mechanically would be causing the car to slow down/"engine" break but it...
I'm currently running down a full charge of this GTS ST Demonstrator. Figured I'd share some thoughts...
Coffee Beige Metallic by the way... IMO probably the worst of all the colours but still not terrible in bright sunshine. Sometimes dealerships have to have what Porsche HQ...
