My 4S had fairly poor range until the brake regen kicked in around 800 miles. It's improved a bit now, showing 240 miles from a full charge but it's taken a hit in this cold weather. I'm based in NE England.
Just had a chat with my rep at Porsche Centre on Teesside and apparently quite a few builds for Russia and Ukraine were reallocated to other countries and some dealers are getting 10+ cars to sell as new.
Due to a mix up my wife was booked on a spectating slot rather than a driving slot but we managed to split the time between us on the day so I drove half the time and she drove the other half.
I don't think there are any significant changes for the MY24 model. There are quite a few brand new taycans in dealerships at MY23 prices. Some of which are up to £10k less than MY24 list. I'd have a look there before committing to a build. You'll get the car now and save £££.
I noticed that today too. Are these just ones that the dealer ordered to sell or do Porsche just build a few when they have more capacity than orders.
The specs do seem quite parsimonious but it's worrying that they're offering them about 5-10% off list.
When I enquired about mine PTS would be another 3-6 months and they only get a certain number of PTS slots per year. I binned the idea and orderd a stock colour. I ordered my 4S In March 2022 and my build date is September 2023
