    I had the exact same problem with a faulty E box. They are requesting a new E box. Fortunately my newTaycan 4S just arrived in San Diego so I should get it in the few weeks.

    My backseat passengers can't open the rear doors from inside. How do I release the rear door locks. I press the door open button on the drivers front side but it doesn't open the rear doors.
