Not sure of your whereabouts in the SE, but if near Fareham, I can recommend Auto Brite in Segensworth, who have carried out three minor repairs of my cars in the past, with great results.
Personally, I wouldn’t try any sort of remedial treatment myself, as I think this may lead to the film applier claiming the damage was caused by you. IMHO, they caused the damage, so I would definitely be looking to them replacing the complete panel at their expense.
The yellow hue on the windscreen may be caused by the heating element, if you have the heated screen option, as I have the same yellow hue on my Macan, which has the heated screen, but not the insulated glass option.
Whilst I don’t own a Taycan, my Macan is Crayon, with Pebble & Black interior, and the pebble is a slightly lighter colour than the Crayon, but I think the combo looks great! 👍

Surely the company shooting the video are responsible for the damages and costs to repair, so just take it to an approved Porsche repair centre, and get it repaired properly.
