Wow, sorry to hear that. I ended up skipping the insulated glass precisely for the reason you're citing. And reception is fine. Maybe it would have been quieter with the insulated glass, but it's plenty quiet without it (not to rub it in). I'm not sure what your options are now. There is such a...
Tesla is now enabling matrix LED headlights in the U.S., at least to a limited extent, in some of its models.

Any rumors floating around re whether Porsche may follow suit? I crave that feature.
I now have over 1k miles on my 2025 Taycan base model and am loving every second of driving it. A few questions have arisen that I can't find addressed in the manual or here:
1. In the left-hand "tube" of the display, when the green battery graphic is displayed showing the state of charge...
I took delivery of my 2025 Taycan base model 500 miles ago, and it is stellar. I offer these preliminary thoughts for what they're worth, if anything.
-I wish I had ordered rear-axle steeing. The car is *big* and has a much larger turning radius than I'm used to. Parallel parking isn't easy...
Following up on this topic:
I abandoned the idea of the ramps. Using them, if it worked at all, would have required stepping out of the car about a foot above the ground. It might have been nerve-wracking to go up the ramp every time, and opening the door would have been hard because its weight...
I don’t know if delays are occurring elsewhere in the world, but here in Seattle, my RWD 2025 Taycan is now scheduled to arrive weeks if not months after the original estimated date.
When I ordered the car, on Sept. 27, 2024, the “Porsche Sales & Vehicle Management System” print-out supplied by...
Many thanks to all who have replied. To address some points raised:
-There is room for only one car in the garage, width-wise. The house was built in 1921 and the garage was sized spaciously to accommodate a Model A.
-There is no room in the "driveway" because it is a concrete "chute" too...
My garage is 2.75" too short to accommodate my Taycan, set to arrive in December. Can't break through the front wall (load-bearing, and I'm renting); can't extend or replace the rear door (renting, remember?). Can't bring myself to park it on the street and haven't found a rental spot nearby...
Lucky you! My garage is exactly 193" deep. I've measured repeatedly and it never seems to get longer. The Taycan is officially 195.4" long. I'm hoping the ramp idea works and will report in after I try it. The alternatives are street parking or finding a nearby covered parking spot or a garage...
Does anyone know? Or could some kind soul measure?
My garage is 2.4" too short, so I want to raise the front on ramps. To determine how high it needs to be raised in order to move the car far enough forward, I need that measurement.
Then it's just a matter of trigonometry.
Thank you!
Does anyone know (or have an educated opinion about) whether the 2025 Taycan includes the built-in connections to internal and external cellular antennnas? Apparently some earlier models did. See...
