It’s more the accuracy of the sound, I find the bass a little boomy too.
I used to have a JL Audio clean sweep and it was amazing. The new ones look good too.
I am hoping that you guys in the US have made a start on this having had the car for longer than the UK.
Has anyone started to look at what can be done to improve the sound quality of the stereo? It isn't that it is bad, I would just like to make it better (not louder).
I would have a spare if it is your only means of charging the car at home or out and about. Just consider that usually when a chargepoint is broken I find most often it is the cable that is caput.
I got the passenger screen and it's quite cool so worth having IMO. As for the rear climate control, I think it also gave the option to set a different footwell temp to the rest of the cabin which I would have liked. I only gleamed this from the manual so not sure if those with this option can...
My car is in the UK at last according to Mayfair which is amazing. I was going to hang on until July so I could make a weekend of going to get it but I don't think I can wait any longer!
@PointsMeanPrizes , how did you find out the next boat is next week?
my car has been sat at Emden port for 5 weeks now.
Porsche Mayfair confirmed last week when I chased up my car which has been there since mid-march :(
As mentioned on another post, the pre-pandemic APR was theft but they have dropped it to a slightly more respectable 5.9%. For those who may not usually consider it, take a look as they’re giving stupendous GFV on the Taycan so it’s worth taking out potentially to protect yourself if residuals...
I stand corrected, good to know too for future.
Mine was at the dock waiting to go on a boat before lockdown and is still there. Apparently the next boat to the UK is due to leave the week after next but there’s no guarantee mine will be on it.
my current thoughts are to wait until July when...
I’m buying from Porsche Mayfair, which is the only dealer in the UK that’s owned by Porsche and not a franchise I believe.
Communication wasn’t great until I got Porsche UK to get hold of the dealer principle to follow up with me. I’ve had weekly updates since then.
My car made it to the dock...
Mine was sat in the docks after the factory shut which was upsetting. Regardless Porsche UK chose to shut the dealers so I am stuck until they open again, whcih I am hoping is in the next week or so. As we're in lockdown still half of me wants it and the other half (the logical half) says...
I wasn’t quite brave enough to order this colour unseen. Can you believe Porsche Mayfair, the only dealer in the uk actually owned by Porsche and not a franchise, didn’t have a colour chip.
Looks fabulous, congratulations!
That’s a fantastic spec and I can’t get enough of those wheels.
Enjoy the car and remember that not only are you lucky it came early but it will be even rarer than you might have thought for a little while.
I'd be pushing to get it but looking at your garage I am sure you'll cope, unoike me whos Panamera went back 2 weeks ago and is currently driving the works Amarok :(
Hey, well done in getting your car! Mine was made before the shutdown and as of last week was sat on the docks in Europe . I’ve ordered the same colour paint but grey interior.
Out of interest what dealer do you get yours from? I bought mine from Porsche Mayfair which is the only Porsche dealer...
