Hi all. So by renewing Porsche connect, does it actually give you the 4th year of free EA charging like you get the first 3 years? Or does it just give you the free year or EA membership that gives you a discount when charging at their chargers?

Can anyone confirm that renewing the Porsche connect service for a year also renews the free charging at EA? I don't think this is true. It is not mentioned anywhere unless I missed it? Thank you.

Hi, I heard back from Launch support both from US and overseas. US said my device is not a north america version so they can not support it, and the overseas support said i have to "authorize and log in" to the model to be able to code it. Would you know anything about authorizing and logging...

FYI, i've also email launch support on this but have not heard back yet.
