Damn sorry my easy solution won't work for you. I guess because I read so much about how terrible EA is, it inadvertently set my expectation extremely low, to the point that I should expect issues every other time I charge.
I was there last week. I found that the Charging NA App is more reliable unless you are using Android. I plugged the car into the 350 kw charger, opened the app, selected the 350kw option and it redirected me to the 150kw chargers for activation. Basically I think they copy pasted their code...
Picked up mine today. But it's getting PPF at another shop so I won't see it for another week. Behind mine there are 3 more Taycans and 1 more to the right out of frame.

It only takes you a day for Xpel? The shop I'm taking mine to says it takes 3-5 days as the film shrinks a bit after the install and to do a proper job it needs to be re-stretched for full coverage with no film lines. Not saying your shop is not doing proper work, but I'm curious how they do it...
Requested my pick up to be on Oct 5th. The dealer is still waiting for the car to arrive. I think you should be able to do the same.
