Double tap doesn't work on my 2020 4S either. Maybe the newer cars work that way though

I've found that I can use any car play nav and the Porsche nav if I start the car play app (Waze or Tom Tom Go) first then put in the destination on the Porsche nav, they both work. Putting in the car play 2nd cancels the Porsche nav like you say

I have a 2020 4S and used that exact OBD adapter with their charger as a trickle charger for three years. I only started and moved the car around the drive all winter and it worked great.

Better check back with you wrap guy. I have a three year old Taycan and Audi Q7, both wrapped, but not satin and I use an Adam's power washer all the time with no ill effect. I don't blow hard on the edges where it might lift the wrap, but haven't seen any problems

Has anyone besides Capt. Mike confirmed that the free charging continues at EA in the 4th year if one pays for Connect for the year? I have paid, but haven't tried to charge yet.

TomTom seems to kill the PCM nav destination when it starts, but then keeps it if you put the destination in the PCM nav after starting the route on TomTom Go

Hi, You mean you can use TomTom Go with Car play and put a destination into both TomTom Go and in the PCM navigation and keep them both working at the same time? If so, I'll subscribe right away

I bought extended insurance to coincide with the 8 year battery warranty and intend to keep the car until there's a total update (or some other car comes out that I want more than a Taycan) and sell my 4S with some extended warranty left for the next buyers confidence. It was less than $4500.

I've been charging the car to 50% and using a trickle charger plugged into the OBD in the winter when I don't drive the car and unplug the charger. I leave the frunk open just in case there's a 12V problem, but never have had one. My 4S was delivered 8-20. I see minimum loss on the main battery...

It must really vary from person to person. I'm 70 and in Colorado with my 68 year old wife also insured on our cars. The 2020 4S is under $1300 per year and our 2021 Audi Q7 is about $1450 per year. Heat's working and it all looks normal in the PCM and I can set timers that make the car heat up before departure time. This option just disappeared while parked in my heated garage.

I haven't been driving the car in the winter, but check on it from time to time. The precool/preheat button has stopped showing up on the central display on the right bottom of the battery display. I've locked the car and returned and have successfully set timers for pre-heating the car. Any ideas?
