I had a puncture, dont recall the side but that would have been close to replacement anyway.
Porsche are checking the alignment, and implied that the lowest ride height might be increasing camber - which would not surprise me given the wear is on the inside of all 4 tires.. The alignment is...
I need a full set after 9600 miles. Admittedly I drive it like I stole it, and I am always in the 'lowest' ride height. Attached photos showing wear - the worst tire is the rear with the thread showing (similar t above) and the other is the front. All 4 tires show the same wear pattern.
I also charged at ~11kW on L2. I just had a ChargePoint flex hardwire installed today on a 60A circuit - car is pulling 11kW (10.86 iirc) on RHS socket - didn’t try LHS. I opted not to use my fancy Porsche charger as the flex is outside and now a permanent house fixture.
This is in California -...
What is interesting is that I am not paying anything for my connection - which is why I assumed that to be the problem when I posted to this thread. Whenever I asked (and offered) to pay for the service PCNA, Porsche Connect, and 3 different dealers California had no idea what I was talking...
Interesting.
My wife uses it as co-pilot all the time - checking the Nav, adding destinations, controlling the tunes (including AppleMusic - though I didnt notice if she was able to switch playlists..)
I fessed up in the other thread - the Assist goodies were disabled - pressing the LHS stalk...
Yep. Same here.. UI and everything says that are on - but absent - press the button and tada..
I feel pretty stupid.
As a bonus, the magic 'make things go away' pixies 'fixed' the passenger display too.. glad I have a video of it, so now the only remaining thing would be the A/C condensation...

Ive had a letter today saying that my Turbo may leak condenstation from the aircon into the right hand foot well !!!!
...
Oh FFS that happened in my car on Friday at the time I though huh.. odd..
now I'm annoyed.. I was 'demonstrating' a launch and the passenger complained his foot got...
:) that was the first thing I tried - well.. assuming I found the correct setting, of course.
The settings I found are enabled, but the 'in console' tracking lines are not showing up.
I'll monkey with it some more today when I go for my coffee run; perhaps it will have magically fixed itself...
My Turbo just got updated - I was desperate to get the LTE data connection back and figured I'd just try it. I didnt notice any specific changes.
Took 1.5 days to get the update done, LTE works again .. yay.. but now my driver assist package (the one that tracks lane markings and whines at you...
I believe the wifi-hotspot thing might be true - but I wasn't talking about hotspot - my car was totally unable to connect to LTE - which means all the Porsche Connect services - like music, real-time traffic, charge and location information were not available.
I took my car in for a software update - they restored the software, re-registered it and now my LTE is working again.
Over the past few weeks I had sent plenty of whining emails to PCNA and Porsche Connect, and visited 3 dealers - no idea exactly which of the steps resolved it though.
Still...
Taycan has an eSIM - so few options. Here in the USA (CA) it appears Porsche might be switching from AT&T to Verizon - which might explain why things are all screwed up. I would happily pay the stupid 20usd pcm they want to get my in car data back.. without a data plan you cannot login to your...
I traded in my 2019 M5 - 10K miles for my Taycan Turbo - I didnt want to lose the M5, but wife only lets me have so many toys - that hurt.. 120K to 80k in 18 months.. That is nothing compared to my i8 though - 155k down to 60K in 6 years.. which is why I kept it. I was had a deposit on a McLaren...
Has it ever worked for you? I think someone at Porsche screwed the server pooch and we are all suffering from the failure.
Does the car show a no data symbol? Looks like =/= in the top left corner (see my post).
The APP UI sucks.. If you have more than one charger available - it won't identify the one you are using it defaults to the first one (on iPhone) - you have to click "Start Charging" and then swipe the mini menu up from the bottom (if you just swipe right, it will start the first charger)...
