Funnily enough I've found that most of my Taycan clients have paid cash for their vehicles. Very hard to convince many Taycan clients to finance or consider a lease.
Hello Friends!
My apologies for posting this in the forum so late. Have been so busy planning this with our own Taycan clients I had forgotten to extend the invitation to everyone on the forums.

This is interesting. I wonder if it is some design consideration given the varying road surfaces in Australia... Wonder what that means for the Cross Turismo??
This sounds about right!
I would expect the dealership configurator for the MY22 Taycan to be accessible by this Summer so that we can start configuring inventory. The public configurator for MY22 Taycan will probably be accessible in Q4.
First vehicles to come will always be the Turbo S...
Hey there! Sorry for the late reply.
I have not heard of this. There should be options for Regular, Low, Lift, etc.
I would bring it by your Porsche Service Center to see what's up. Could possibly be in a "shop" mode still.
No word on this yet but I wouldn't hold out for it for too long! I think Porsche is going to be one of the last brands to give us 64+ colors to choose from. Agree with you though, wish there were more colors.
Porsche has a very different mindset when it comes to the Chinese market - but again I do believe they still consider options that the Chinese market demands to be rather frivolous.... but they understand that the Chinese market expects a certain level of luxury that they can charge...
I think one of the biggest things that is hard for people to understand (especially here in the US) is that Porsche at their core is still very much a German car brand. i.e. they make cars for the German market first and then every other market secondary...
BMW, Volkswagen, Mercedes, etc. are...
I think most manufacturers are going to be fixated on touch screen and voice technology moving forward in vehicles. The way of the button seems to be a bygone era nowadays in vehicles.
I really do enjoy the Taycan Touchscreen, I think it is one of the better touch screen implementations for...
In response to your questions:
ONE more question
HOW soon after Porsche debuts a new model (for the USA for example) can I option out/configure/build and submit to my Client Advisor
Usually 2-4 months.
Does the Dealer receive an official allocation (or allocations) instantaneously upon the...
I was assuming they'd probably do a Macan E-Hybrid with the 4-cylinder instead of the V6 if they did one given the space.
To your point, yes a Macan E-Hybrid probably would be faster than a Panamera E-Hybrid or a Cayenne E-Hybrid if it was able to have enough space with the V6 engine in it to...
It is my understanding that the Taycan Cross Turismo (which yes is officially coming and should be released later this year, with production slated for late 2022) will have a higher ride height and more "off-road" (I use that term very very lightly cause let's be honest most folks aren't taking...
I really think Porsche's best strategy with the Macan will be to go fully electric. I haven't heard any rumors of an E-Hybrid variant of the Macan - but I really think unless the battery technology they were to implement in the car could occupy less space and pack more energy density than it...
GaryT,
In response to your questions:
Hi Luke - Several months ago, I posed some questions to you in this forum regarding two new features in the MY21 Taycan. I wanted to know whether those features would become available to MY20 owners, as well.
You wrote that you believed that both the...
