I am having the exact same issue, my nav is all messed up, cannot connect any devices, the app on the phone shows that the car is not connected to the Porsche Servers.
I had my update done a couple weeks ago. It did take longer than they thought, I suspect it was just being one of the first. I can say the update does reset a few things, but easy to re-set, I suggest once you get your car back, to walk through all your old settings and make sure they are...
I also don't have badges on my Porsches. it was a very sad day when I saw that Bentley put BENTLEY on the rear of their cars. -- I also don't like labels on the outside of my clothes.
on my 2020 Taycan CarPlay requires being plugged in, I am hearing 2021 Taycan’s have wireless CarPlay. I am hoping it’s a software update for us early adopters.

There are 4 height settings, high, normal, low and extra low. The car automatically moves between normal and extra low on the freeway, you have to manually lift to high. It will lower to normal at a certain speed
