I don’t use the Porsche Nav since we nearly ended at 0% in the middle of nowhere on our first trip to Spain two years ago. The problem then was that Porsche’s navigation server was down. Left it then an only use Apple Maps / CarPlay and IONITY chargers - you can’t have it all;/
Drove from Malaga Friday morning 9th November towards Madrid and when we arrived to the only charging station halfway all 4 chargers were offline. (It’s a +300
Drive form tha last IONITY charger north of Malaga)
We arrived with 5% charge and 20 km range and called IONITY hotline who couldn’t...
We only brought the Porsche Charging card where we got a good discount on Ionity.
We used one Tesla destination charger that had a plug that fitted the EU stand Taycan uses. So we had no issues with that!
Just came back from a trip to Malaga in southern Spain.
I got our new Taycan 4S in November 2020 and this summer my wife and I decided to drive down to our house in Malaga to spend autumn and return before X-mass.
I knew the Ionity charging network was not fully build out in Spain and it would...
It’s actually the GTS version only (my mistake).
“…electric range combined (WLTP) 424 - 504 km, electric range in town (WLTP) 524 - 625 km…”

Does anyone know if the extended range on 2022 models just announced will come to 2020/2021 models as SW updates?
Just came home from a Denmark-Spain and return 2 x 3.200 km road-trip, where the extra 100 km range would have made a huge difference;)
For me it’s a keeper - meaning 20 years. I had my BMW 540 for 20 years and just got the Taycan bovember last year. I loved me 540 and that V8 for everyday driving and long road trips to Southern Europe.
But the Taycan is much much better than the old V8 and I’m planning a trip from Copenhagen...
Maybe just in a hurry to get to the Friday prayers - but God was not in the passenger seat;) So funny - we probably all have had our share of driving on and over the limit - I’m just glad my dad didn’t have a Taycan;)
Thanks to the guy for reminding us waiting for our Taycan, to take it easy...
