my business partner is in the same boat. secured 3rd party finance which paid out on the morning of the proposed handover 7 days ago. he told the dealer that if he cancelled there would be penalties and expected porsche to pick up the tab. they agreed to do that!

got to be a batch part that’s faulty. new part shipped to dealer for warranty replacement. depending on the complexity of the part will depend on the procedure to fix. i heard some cars were dragged back to factory from German port. all speculation tbf. but porsche are showing a shocking service...

actually feel sorry for the dealers. properly getting roasted off customers and the poor fellas are getting zero intel from Germany.

Taycan arrived today and so far all ok. Dealer is handing car over on Thursday. He says he has no reason to hold it back. My two friends cars are sat in the showroom going nowhere and the dealer has no clue!

My car is due into dealer tomorrow/ Wednesday. So far dealer hasn’t been told it’s on stop list. My two friends Taycans are being held with no info. Looks like mine might get handed over 1st. pray for me!!!!
