Hi.
My summer wheels(21 inch turbo) have some kerb rash that needs attention before I put new rubber on them and put back onto the car.
Last time I used a company in Romford called alloy-fix. They did a good job but they are quite a distance away from me (East Cheshire).
Can anyone suggest...
Probably been said many times.. but I just wanted to say a thank you from me for this excellent work so far. It's a great tool and I'm sure will only get better.
Glad to be supporting you.
Just had the attached quote from a dealer for a 1, 2 and three year Porsche extended warranty with and without recovery.
Any inputs please. They seem pretty reasonable to me. What do you think?
It’s a Turbo 3 years old in December with 32k miles.
It really is the same story “unfortunately” all around. I’ve had to wait over 8 weeks now for my car to be looked at. It’s horrendous.
I’m currently considering and hoping to test drive a merc EQE AMG53. I’m just thinking it’s maybe time for a change/break.
Sad to hear.
which dealer do you use?
I’ve often wondered if this site could have a ratings section for each dealer per country. Let the good ones shine and give the bad ones opportunity to improve.
Think yourself lucky. Below are pictures taken of my wife’s Cayenne. Now this was expensive to fix. New rubber and wheel. Ouch. Don’t you just love Porsche.
Same position here also. I’ve a 2021 turbo. Fully owned by me, love it even though it seems to have more trips to the stealers than any other car I’ve owned.
Faced with keep it and whack a Porsche extended warranty on it then look again in 12 or so months. Swap it in for another Taycan. Maybe...
I actually did this but they just said to drive the car to the dealer and they will organise a car. When I contacted the dealer, they said they couldn’t organise a car as it’s not being recovered. I just gave up in the end. My Car is booked in for the end of November to have a few issues...
I’ve had an issue (actually multiple issues. Undertray dragging on the floor when I go over bumps, no washer fluid delivery, intermittent windscreen wiper setting not working, the list goes on) for a while.
My flap that covered the ac/dc (manual version) charger is locked and will not open...
Just received an email offering a £5k contribution on a new Taycan.
Not sure how i feel about it really. Seems there is stock around they need to move.
My manual DC/AC door has the impaired noticed and is stuck shut. I've tried using the tool to open it but had no luck.. don't want to force it any more in case I break it.
My other DC port is charging but itermittadily. So decided to call porsche assist today. AA chap turns up and I explain the...
