. Mine was also down in the UK and I was blaming the dealer as had just been in for an MOT which it passed with flying colours. Still has original tyres after 25k miles.
Now dilemma is do I renew Porsche Connect for £269 per year? Thoughts.
Yes I actually love the volcano grey. The car looks different in different light. Sometimes hard and aggressive... other times subtle and sophisticated. But I think as others have said I would miss the extra power so will continue loving the volcano.
. I do still love my current stylish Volcanic grey 4S which has just passed its first MOT and I bought an extended warranty for 2 years. Now a question of do I stump up another £267 for Porsche connect to de-ice the car in the morning. Thoughts please
Fellow Taycan aficionados,
Do I trade in my 3rd old volcanic grey 4S for a much more loaded frozen berry model. Wife and kids love the colour. It is growing on me.... thoughts? Resale value? Or just go for it...
Yes I'm in the same position. Crazy really that an EV warranty is the same price as the 911 despite thousands fewer moving parts however if things go wrong........
Same here. My Taycan is three years old in December and was considering a trade in but on reflection getting 2 or 3 more years warranty is the best answer.
Thanks very interesting and glad I cancelled my order. Today I got back my £770 deposit on the Lucid as no sign of them in the UK after 16 months. I'm happy with my Taycan.... and the money can go towards extending my warranty when it runs out in December. Lucid were very efficient in refunding...
Do you think you need the extended warranty when you have nine year battery warranty? Technically there should be little to go wrong and software updates should be picked up at a service? Thoughts. Mine is coming up to 3yrs and I'm in a dilemma as to whether to extend the warranty?
