This is a very good point that I think often gets overlooked. There's a difference between having a NACS port (or adapter) and having access to Tesla's supercharging network. Just having an adapter isn't sufficient for Tesla supercharger access since the latter requires Tesla to grant access.

I’m surprised that they don’t seem to offer any substantive incentives and the money factor that Porsche FS uses on the leases is among the highest. Rather than spending millions on an ad like this wouldn’t they be better served offering more appealing lease terms?

Yup. Totally agree. I'm surprised too by the amount of people who seem to think that cars shouldn't depreciate. With any expensive luxury sedan, you're very lucky if the residual after 3 years is > 50%.
