I always de-badge my cars, a habit I picked up from working with German companies in the 80’s. The idea was that only an expert would recognise the differences between a BMW 520i and an M5….
All down to personal taste. The interior can look cheap, dark and plasticky, so do anything to improve those negatives. Full glass roof for starters ; light seat-belts : neo-chrome trim ; crayon seats.
Not sure why people opt for tinted rear windows in a sports cars, but as I say, each to his own.

My dealership is collecting mine on the 27th after which they have until March 31st to fix it and deliver it back ( I’m out of the country all March )

It’s a shame about the Taycan, as it’s a brilliant car to drive, but with so many issues I’m just fed up of it. It’s going to be interesting to hear what loan car is suggested when I get round to calling Porsche Assist….
Thanks for the response, though not quite sure what your point is. You’re correct in your inference that my previous cars were all ICE - as the next one will be - but I’m talking about a car costing well over £100k from a manufacturer that is happy to boast how good its products are, yet...
That is precisely the advice I was given by Porsche South Lakes - call Porsche Assist, who will collect the car and ‘arrange’ another, not necessarily a Porsche, never mind a Taycan.
The car has already had three safety recalls, a software update and two failed charge ports.

Interesting ! In all my 53 years of driving, I have never had a car that has had the heater blow up. I think Porsche have now alienated me from the marque, given the numerous electrical faults that have occurred and the number of days off the road I have experienced.
