I guess it is not active. The initial lower plastic part, the black on the bottom of the spoiler, was not robust against humidity and freezing. This caused similar deformation in the first winter on our MY21 from November 20. The replacement part works now since 3 years without problems.

I had the same. Porsche replaced the lower plastic part on warranty to fix it.

The dealer changed the affected part on warranty. In the meantime the new seat part starts to have the same problem again. Seems to be a weakness of the design and not an individual fault, unfortunately.

Seems to be very random, if it happens or not. Once I have the problem, I can do nothing but wait, that it disapears. Can take a few days.

I finally received a feedback from Porsche :) Another software Update in the Porsche center should fix this: SW3823. I asked my Porsche center for an appointment for update.

I have the same problem after the update. Never had it in the two years before the update. I reported the problem to Porsche via shaking phone while in „My Porsche“ App.

No. Sorry. And it seems the guys in your Porsche centre are right. Just recognized that the new Seat starts to built a bag after just 2 month.

That‘s what they told me in Germany as well. I recommend you to not accept this. In my case that helped.

I had the same problem and it also recovered by waiting. Directly following the (also in forum discussed) problem that range mode stuck at max. 90 km/h. This recovered another three days later. Hoping for update that fixes this software issues.

I had the same problem after about one year. I got a replacement of the effected part on warranty.

I also meant the real consumtion. My daily drive to work is a 50 km mix of highway and ordinary road. If I drive the same speed profile (max. 150km/h when no speed limit and slower if limited) I come to about 10% difference.

My experience is, that it increases the range by at least 10%?! When you look at the distrubution of power, in range mode you drive a FWD, while in „normal“ it is RWD (when you don’t Need Full power). I assumed that increases the efficiency?!

I had the same problem already two times. Each time for about a week, before it recovered without any action from my side. I‘m going to ask the dealer for a software update. We have a 2021 4s. Software version PCM is 3397. What version do you have?
