My experience... Gold Coast is good but expensive. Amityville is small but good, best pricing, my current choice. Huntington is a nightmare on all fronts, avoid at all costs.
Car went in today for 2 year 20k service (early) and a couple of recalls. Will be totally fresh and ready to go. Some interest but no serious buyers yet, please PM me if you are interested.
That’s the plan. I’ve traded quite a few Porsches in the past couple years, and purchased from lots of dealers in the tri-state. Just always try to see if there’s any private interest first.
Considering selling my Neptune Blue 2021 Cross Turismo.
I took delivery of this car 8/2022 (Yes it's a 2021, was delayed at port for a long time), so warranty runs till 8/2026. Currently ~17,500 miles and driven daily. I am the original owner. Always garaged, non-smoker, no accidents or...
Rest assured, a 2 year old 20k mile Camry has a much higher residual value than 45%.
I sold my first Taycan for more than I paid for it. Worlds a bit different now.
The $100k+ sedan market isn't exactly known for high residuals. Maybe do the Camry next time.
You'll see the remaining range in the middle tube gain a little plug when you select a location for preheating.
As others above have said, it's useless unless you are on a long trip. Best way to put heat into the battery on a short trip is to throw it into sport plus and do repeated launches...
Wow, dealers are really backing off on their trade #'s. Sign of the times. Less than 6 months ago I was paid $112k for a $124k MSRP 4S. $103 for a $155k car is definitely weak, but things are changing quickly. I'd hang onto it, I came from a Macan GTS and certainly wouldn't let my CT go for...
I traded my 4S sedan on my CT in August at a Porsche dealer for $112k. It was a very strong offer, the market was still a little crazy. They CPO'd it and listed for $125k I think.
They still have the car 5 months later, and it's listed for $105k.
State of the market.
I went from a 2020 Taycan 4S sedan to 2021 Taycan CT4.
CT is quite a bit more usable, rear seat headroom and ingress/egress is quite a bit better, with a toddler it's so much easier. Trunk is a lot more usable for large items (costco runs), the sedan trunk was really unusable due to the angle...
First Taycan I bought was at 100%. My current car was ~30% SOC at delivery, and I had a 200 mile drive home. Luckily there was a EA station a few miles from the dealer.
I have a set of summer tires that I no longer need that came from the factory on my Taycan.
They have approximately 3k miles on it, and almost full tread life. No punctures, tears, track use, etc...
