If I recall correctly, the big PCM update that occurred in 2022 fixed the issue. What I meant by "toggling the units" was to change the settings in the main settings menu which would shift everything to metric and then back.
Exactly the problem I had, the window did not drop quickly enough. Here is the text from my service:
Been working great for over 2 years now. Exact bulletin number not listed. Hope this helps.
I had that issue with the front passenger window. Anyway, took the car in and they ordered a new regulator. Part came in, but the tech realized that the fix was in a service bulletin and no new regulator req'd. All better now. ?
In the US (excluding the Tesla Supercharger network) there are few, if any, >50kW chargers that aren't 800V capable. The Rivian DCFC installations, according to this data sheet, operate at 200-920V.
Are you sure that charger installation is 800V capable? Many Kempower installations aren't capable of high voltage charging. 40kW is about right for 400V charging if you don't have the 150kW option.
I was told by my original glass vendor that no aftermarket windshields were available for my VIN. I have the thermal and noise insulated glass, so maybe not an option for cars so equipped. Things got annoying and I ended up at Porsche. Looking at all the work they did, including 4 wheel...
I just had my windshield replaced by Porsche and a full four wheel alignment was indeed performed. Apparently, the alignment is done to center the steering and "baseline" the camera and sensor recalibrations. Two wheels were slightly out of spec and corrected.
They did a great job on the entire...
This looks to be the model charger you connected to:
MaxiCharger DC Fast 60kW-240kW
The data plate you pictured shows the input voltage to the unit and not the output. As listed in the specs for the MaxiCharger, the output voltage is variable from 150 to 950 V DC. This charger can easily...
Here’s a watch that treats the owner like the hiccup in time he really is. There’s a gear in this watch that rotates once every 400 years! So you might see maybe 45° of rotation during your ownership experience (unless you cheat and spin into the distant future). Anybody else find this...
Still there. ? My son and I were going to do lunch, but he had to get back to the city for a wedding. The weather has turned gorgeous and the whole area was hopping.
Nice day out in Burlingame, CA today. Son and I had a quick chat with Lucid CEO/CTO Peter Rawlinson at Topper Jewelers. An impressive mind and a great guy!
Oh, and I bought this too because smitten and Titanium.
The increased range will allow you to bypass a broken EA station and make it to the next broken EA station.
Nice improvements, but for me, charging is the 800 volt gorilla in the room.
I was infuriated by the survey and told them so. Can Porsche be any more out of touch with reality? I am literally renting combustion cars for my long distance driving needs. The only "luxury" I want is available and reliable charging. They haven't a clue. I blasted them big time and pulled no...
I'm getting a lot of Apple Music notifications lately. I don't mind them cause the Apple Music function now actually works! 1.5 years in and it finally works!!!
Bingo!
Tesla is installing 20,000 chargers across Hilton properties in North America They will start installing Tesla's Universal Wall Connectors in 2024.
