Resolved - The Normal mode had the height reset to 'Normal' so when the car restarted it defaulted to this setting. Changed the Normal mode ride height to 'Low' and this resolved the issue.

Have a look at this post , this was a demo in Nottingham not long ago that had a similar colour combo. Check if they still have it and pop down if you can. You want to get this part right as it will be a nightmare to change later on.
