The cost is about 2.5% - 1.25% the cost of a well equipped Taycan across all ranges. That's probably close to what you pay annually just for insurance. So over the life of the car, the investment is relatively small.
If you live in a hilly area where you can enjoy driving twisty roads, the RAS is a must have considering the weight of the Taycan. If you live in Florida where your biggest concern is dodging Alligators on straight roads, then RAS is not worth the money.
Check the performance package and go for it! This car is a driver's e-car and is not just about 0-60, rather about the fun of driving a true sports car.

Not sure what exterior color you are selecting, but check out the Full Black/Chalk (my exterior is Gentian Blue). The outline of the chalk with the black is pretty special. Grey and Brown are very drab if you have seen them in person.
