I’m having connectivity issues too with the app and via the web. I first noticed it as I was trying to switch to Octopus Intelligent EV tariff and it constantly fails when Octopus tried to connect to Porsche. The Octopus app says the issue is with the Porsche servers.

Yes, it’s still there if you access Porsche Connect via a browser.

Does anyone have a part number for the 16A (3 Phase) power supply cable which connects to the Porsche Mobile Charger Plus? My car was supplied with the UK 3-pin and also IEC 32A commando supply cable, but I need a 3 Phase, 16 Amp cable now to attach to the charger.

Watching with interest. Are you with Octopus now? If so, how did you get a smart meter having 3-phase? The engineer that turned up said he couldn’t install a smart meter as we had 3-phase. We’re also with Octopus.

If it’s just a small chip or crack (around the size of a one pound coin or smaller), have Autoglass repair it (they repaired my Taycan screen). However, if it’s larger, or in a non-repair zone of the windscreen (check the Autoglass website), then definitely don’t use them! I made that mistake...

That key has to be supplied by an Official Porsche Centre as far as I know. It is custom cut to your vehicle and is used for the emergency door lock which you’ll find underneath the door handle flap.

My OPC quoted this reference when it was last in for this issue. Unfortunately, all this shows is they are aware of this issue! Sadly, I don’t drive my Taycan they way I won’t to… I simply cannot trust it to stop!
