My dealer said ( and although they try, they are very limited in Taycan knowledge) they must be activated. Tech programmed the steering wheel button for sound. Said regen must be engaged. I don’t know enough to agree with him or disagree….just grateful to have car back after being in shop for...

I had same experience and as feye wrote, mine resolved itself in a week. No idea why. I don’t think you have any choice but to go back to dealer. Porsche Connect “techs”, in my experience,know nothing. All they do is create a case # and say they will get back to you. I am still waiting since May...

Sorry, I can only commiserate. Isn’t it crazy to spend this kind of money on a car that runs great but the overdone,ridiculous and illogical electrical issues are keeping a fine mechanical machine off the road..? Wishing you good luck.

Thanks for the interest. Dealer wants to try a few things first. So many issues with this car. Almost ready to get rid of it. Porsche totally inept with training their sales and tech people. This is my fifth Porsche ( after 911’s)and I doubt I will get another.
