Dealer SA is telling us WNJ8 is "not available" to be installed on our '22 CT4 going in for service for ANA6 and interior alarm next week. Hard to understand how this could be correct. Is there anything that can be done beside waiting and hoping?

Porsche apparently does normally offer a Taycan factory tour, however we have been told that they are currently not being offered "until further notice". We are planning to visit the Museum in Stuttgart this Summer and were hoping to be able to visit the Taycan plant in Zuffenhausen as well...
