New info regarding WTG1: my service advisor just told me that WTG1 update is for car cars, produced from 20.01.2020 - 29.02.2024. So, it looks that I’m the only one with nav peoblems on J1.2. 🤷‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Been there…with red error on my CT4 MY21. Got a loaner CT4 MY25 for two weeks, didn’t want to wait for another month (or two), so i sold it and buy 4S MY25 when I found out that J1.2 provides huge improvements (larger battery, lower consumption…) and I don;t regret….and i’m not going back to ICE.

I had the same problem and described procedure fix it (without extra tips)🤷‍♂️

I had that issue a while ago,,, and i found somewhere a procedure how to reset sensors…but i couldn’t recall it 😇🤦🏻‍♂️ I just remember that it has to be done in the car, with window open/close button… Grok helps:

After i disabled charging planner, i haven’t had any problems. speaking about how to plan charging. I’d use some other app, Ionity or ABRP….to make a list of charging stations on my route…then, i’d set them as waypoints, so rhe battery would prepared for fast charging.

Actually, i had one problem with Nav on J1.1 that i couldn’t repeat or find the pattern. In some cases,nafter a while, calculated SoC on destination somehow hang…started to increase instead decrease. So, when i came home, actual SoC was around 20%, but 70% on Nav display 🤷‍♂️

I never had any Nav issues with my J1.1 during all four years…and i was always using Nav to preheat battery. I have J1.2 since last August…it worked without problems till March 15 when they also performed some software upgrade (don’t know what) when they changed my winter tyres. I’ll drive my...

I liked Macan ev as a loaner too, but i’d never buy it. cayenne ice was nice as well…. But there’s no car as taycan, so i just hope that it will become more reliable… during last five years, i’ve visited store more times than with all my previous cars in 35 years 🤦🏻‍♂️

I had few routes below 50km with several “Navigation reloading”….also, two routes of 260km with same problems as i described in the thread. Otoh, till recently navigation works fine, including charging planner/battery heating. if i already have the latest version,, i don’t know what they are...
