No, I placed the phone in the holster with the screen facing away from me. Like if you would to charge it on the inductive charger, you want the back of the phone to contact it. Best Jan

I’m going to try the storage tray in the morning. I have my phone in a case. I have to remove it to use the tray. What a pain in the a$$! 200K car and I can’t make a call…crazy!

I have the the dual pane thermal glass and tinted windows (same tint on all my cars) and the iPhone 12 Pro Max cellphone service is horrendous. I even tried plugging the phone in and there was no change.

I’ve put about 2K uneventful miles on my Turbo S so I’m a little reluctant to rush in for the recall. That being said, I’m scheduled for mid September (with a loaner). I’m happy to let them get some done before plugging in! Best Jan
