I find it really hard to believe a car that was produced was sent to the dealer without a chip for the sound system. Why wouldn’t Porsche just keep it?
Hey! Yep did go through with it. Looks fire,
I had dealer do it when i went for the daily recalls this car has 😂😂😂😂😂😂
You can paint the bottom part gloss black but I think the standard black that mine was already looked fine.
If your bottom is like white or a color matching the exterior of...
I have the protection on my 911 but if you have a Taycan with mission E wheels which I also own you for sure will need it. The amount of chippings and damage that occur to the mission e wheels is incredible.
I agree with the detansinn above,
If your buying a car and worrying about the value you should not be buying luxury electric cars at all as every year the technology changes through either battery changes, longer range, new features etc and you will lose money.
enjoy the vehicle, don’t worry...
Had a similar issue a year ago. Took them about 2 weeks to get the parts and had it fixed in a week.
I can confirm that while this does suck don’t worry about it too much :), as long as you take it to a Porsche certified collision center they will get you all fixed up. Won’t be able to tell the...
You honestly just said it yourself
“The color combo isn’t what I’d build (waiting on my allocation), but it’s not horrible; black on black. The dealer will tint the windows at no additional cost.”
Personally I wouldn’t be spending 140k unless I LOVE it.
If I were you don’t settle. Get what...
Update:
Dealer has put over a 100 miles on the car.
Cant replicate the issue.
Porsche is convinced issue has always been there 10k miles tho??????
Let’s hope it doesn’t do this again. Absolutely ridiculous.
New update:
Dealer has said this is what Porsche said.
They believe during my last recall visit (which was 2 months ago by the way) the dealer got air in some battery part and the lines had to be drained out for any air.
I don’t by it. That was 2 months ago the car was last serviced. Now...
Update:
Dealership has said the following to me.
They are opening a case with Porsche for helping with testing and diagnosis.
Sounds like they have no idea what’s going on.
They are saying car will most likely need to be there a month.
😂😂😂 that’s probably it for me with this car, once I get...
Dealer already mentioned it when I went in and my car is under it and is assuming that’s where my issue would be fixed but shall wait to see what they say.
Hmm idk just checked the car fax.
My vehicle was last serviced
Feb 14 2022.
Was the update released by then?
If not idk what the story is here.
I also have no open recalls listed on mine.
Not good, sounds like some over arching issue occurred here.
