Transporting two bikes with zero aero drag hit on Taycan :)

OK - Confession - I'm a die-hard cyclist whose current primary cardio workout involves pushing my Trek Checkpoint SLR hard just about every day ..... BUT ..... I also appreciate my wife is older than me and we don't necessarily need to be in training mode whenever we decide to explore on two...

Recall 23v-840 Replacing Cell Block Module on High Voltage Battery

Man alive, 2-3 months in this day and age is just ridiculous - any idea what amount of this is waiting on parts vs actual work on the car?

    Eclipse in Austin while overcast.

Ha - had similar pics on my phone - amazingly right on cue at 1:40 pm the sky cleared long enough to see the near total eclipse - caught us by surprise as a few mins before it looked pretty grim :)!

"New Jersey (US) Introduces Annual EV Fee, Punishing Owners Who Go Green" - Article

We’re already paying an extra $200+ in TX too - I forget the exact no.s but based off gas/road taxes per mile driven (averages) EV owners I believe are paying 3-4 times what ICE vehicles pay.

    My Porsche app

Finally a Watch complication - would be nice to see some options there vs just the Porsche crest e.g. like Electric Sidecar, an option to display current SoC to check with a glance vs having to tap and scroll, but moving in the right direction - albeit SLOW but sure :)

Do NOT crack your panoramic glass!

Despite comments here I have had my Stek on my windshield 2.5 years now and still with zero distortion or color change - distortion is almost entirely down to the expertise on install but indeed a higher quality PPF helps too. It took 2 attempts to get mine installed correctly - not trivial...

    Paint air curtain inlets

Def has to be removed - and big part of cost is that they will need to sand/smooth to prep for paint (lot of nooks and crannies on that piece!) - cost honestly can’t tell re your shop’s estimates - just have to talk it through with them - real quality shop will cost of course but more confidence...

    Paint air curtain inlets

You car looks really good. Had indeed toyed with various optional combinations but I landed with the OEM 'mix' of gloss and matte finishes there as it just made sense/looked really good to me - sort of OEM + :) Also, that whole unit is of course one integrated piece so actually, just from a...

    Damage to Battery shell

Not sure I get your point - I’ve never just dropped the car off randomly and would not expect to get an immediate loaner if I did. Every single service/warranty appt. that I’ve had scheduled at PNH has come with a loaner (about 7 or 8 times in 2+ years) - 100% and no wait.

    Damage to Battery shell

I will stay the loaner thing is entirely dealership dependent (at least in the US) - I've always had a loaner and it is also guaranteed by Houston Porsche North - they are one if not the biggest Porsche dealerships in the country so suffice to say perhaps comes with the territory. My car at...

    Paint air curtain inlets

Had mine painted gloss black back in early 2022 - love the look and a million times better that flat grey original - saw they offered this maybe a year or more later in the configurator. Other parts painted a mix of gloss and satin black and of course wheel arches in body color - full spec...

I took my CT4S in for the heater recall this morning and got a CT4S loan car

Mines a 2022 model and only 9700 miles and my heater being replaced this week (after I brought it in - not from a Porsche recall!).

New Charger-related recall (for the 240 V cable) (NHTSA ID 23V-841)

Aha! That’s what happened to me but had actually no clue as to what the heck I was receiving - just read your post - now I know :). I’m hoping they’ll do a redelivery attempt today.

I took my CT4S in for the heater recall this morning and got a CT4S loan car

Nope - I initiated the service check on a failed heater that I 'discovered' i.e. I was not on a list of any active Porsche recall program in respect them using AI or whatever to track most likely cars with failed heaters etc. Never received any notice from them in this regard. My SA on...
