Try Malco. You can get it on Amazon I believe. A friend is starting to make painted sport chrono bezel covers for the Taycan (he’s been making them for 992’s and other models.). He sent me one to test fit and the part looks great! Wonderful match to the Bordeaux leather interior he color matched for me.

There is still some sound even with the sport sound off, but it is fairly quiet. Loud enough to be heard in rural areas but low enough to be largely inaudible in the city in my opinion.
