Thanks for all the feedback, Roberto - there's always something to learn. We are still in the infancy of charging.
What cards/apps did you use for the Tesla charger and Iberdrola?
I'm in the same boat, Sam, and I have had my CT4S for 3 months. Dealer says no longer possible though I am pursuing this. 2022 manual in app does not agree. We should obviously have the facility. What range mode speed do you have as default? Mine is 100kmph
Looks great to me. Well done - leading the way.
One question, please: how are the arches removed? Are they (very carefully) prised off? Ok, that's two. The alignment pins are just that, I suppose. So how are fixed? 3 and counting!
Thanks, Winge, as I said, I thought it was BS but it could be incompetence. I do have PIRM but haven't used it yet.
Good idea to ask them to show me on another Taycan MY2022. That'll put them on the spot.
During 3 months ownership of MY 2022 CT 4S never has the range mode configuration been shown. The dealer has given some BS, as only dealers can, that this facility is no longer available in my model. Clearly being stuck at 100kmph is not everyone's cup of tea and certainly not mine whenever...
Well done, Winge
I had eventually worked all this out but yours is the clearest explanation of the charging process! It took me a considerable time deciphering the situation in view of the gobbledygook and misinformation that abounds. So many folk, whether owners or would-be advisors, don't...
I'm very positive after 1000 km about my CT 4S 22 but the one area in which I am disappointed is the clunk and associated boom when I drive on poorly surfaced roads. I read many effusive comments about the smoothness of the ride and on well maintained motorways I would agree with them. However...
Thank you, McgR
That's what I mean about like a go cart. Yes, I have rear-axle steering. I can't say what the difference is in real terms, only what it feels like. To me, the sensation is of turning on the spot. I realise that it is not, of course, but I can tell you that the turning circle is...
Yes, I suppose I was a bit harsh on crayon as it is extremely popular and colours are very subjective. I chose the club leather quite simply because I want to feel cocooned in a classic vehicle, a little old-fashioned, maybe, but, with the 18 way seats, life feels very good (ok and traditional)...
The Silver bullets are like London Buses: you wait for ages then lots turn up together.
Today I finally saw mine. Pick up Friday too, if all goes well.
I didn't want the panorama roof for two reasons. Standing in the sun that glass definitely gets mighty hot but does cool quickly when air-con...
Another thread is concerned about the colour of the spoiler since there is now confusion using the configurator. Images show body-coloured while text says black. Is yours black or body-coloured?
Post a pic, please.
I think the point being made which, to me, is entirely valid, is that the Porsche communication system without the app stinks. He was not complaining about the wait, just that Porsche are unable to give him sufficient information as to the progress of his substantial order given that they are...
I'm in the same boat, as you, my friend, and have one year on you. Had lots of cars, sporting, prestige including a new S Class and most of them were good even great BUT once you drive a Taycan you are smitten - it is something else entirely. Come on, it is a sports car AND a practical vehicle...
I would be extremely happy were it suggested that I was having a mid-life crisis! Don't think that will happen, though.
Was considering a 911 at one point, though, if I'd wanted a constant howling in my ear I would have stayed married to my first wife.
4SCT on the way with lots of options but...
