    Cross Turismo Lowered + Spacers

Are you certain that the links on the Sedan and CT are different lengths? Adjusting the ride height should be able to be accomplished in the software.

    Cross Turismo Lowered + Spacers

After reading this thread I was curious about a few things. 1) If the original links are heated to facilitate removal, does this compromise the links in a way that would preclude them from being used to return the car to stock height. The factory links probably have an operating temperature...

"US faces ‘adapter hell’ on way to a Tesla charging future" - Article

No adapter needed to experience hell at EA. Tesla MagicDock is more like adapter heaven.

All things being equal... 2021 Base Taycan w/ performance plus battery vs 2021 4s without perf plus battery?

Do both cars have the 150kW charging option for 400v chargers? I think one could make an argument that this feature could be just as important as the higher capacity battery.

Porsche Press Release: An alternate and bold vision for fast charging future…

This sounds like something that would be published in the Journal of Irreproducible Results which was a journal that would circulate around the office 50 years ago and cost at least one man day of productivity every month.

    Tesla Universal Charger charging error

Your friend with the Tesla will be able to determine if the EVSE is functioning. But, you need another friend with a CCS port to confirm that the J1772 adapter is working. If the non-Tesla and non-Taycan friend's car charges, you will need a friend with a Taycan to rule out your car as the...

    Tesla Universal Wall Charger

11.2kW on a 240v circuit indicates you are running at 47A on a 50A circuit. I don't believe that would be considered a Best Practice. Are you certain that the Tesla Wall Connector is configured for a 50A circuit? It sounds like it is configured for a 60A circuit.

    Magic Dock Success!

I visited this site to inquire about the number of Supercharger locations with a status of Under Construction or Permitted. 500+ sites are shown on the USA map, but only two of the 188 sites (Phoenix, Denver) under construction have CCS capability. It's hard to believe that Tesla would not equip...

Will Electric 718 EV Have NACS and/or CCS Connector(s)?

I don't think Porsche can successfully migrate to NACS until they change the location of the charging port to the Tesla position of left rear corner or possibly the front right corner. I remember struggling to get the relatively long EA cable to the front fender port on my Taycan CT without it...

    Electrify America experience

My experience at EA DC chargers mirrored yours. The constant drama at EA stations is what finally led me to give up and trade-in my 2022 Taycan 4 CT. I was planning a 6600 mile Cross Country trip and decided it would be too stressful to do it in the Taycan. I now spend half as much time...

Status of traded FBM Taycan 4 CT

Truth be told I miss driving her too. I don't miss fighting with the EA DC chargers though. I was planning to go down to the show when it opens, how did you get early access? Are you exhibiting?

Status of traded FBM Taycan 4 CT

I traded in my FBM Taycan 4 CT with 12K miles three months ago at a Philadelphia MB dealer (who also has a Porsche dealership). I got $88K for the trade which was $4K less than the trade-in offer I received two months prior from another dealer. The car was listed for sale with a CPO warranty at...

Traded Taycan 4 CT for EQS 450 4Matic SUV

I agree that neither the EQS Sedan nor the BMW iX are going to win any beauty contests. But IMHO there is nothing wrong with the way the EQS SUV looks. "Personalized" may have been the wrong choice of words since I have not done anything to change the outward appearance of the car. So far my...

Traded Taycan 4 CT for EQS 450 4Matic SUV

I sold off the last of my Taycan CT accessories so I don't have much reason to hang around the Taycan forum. All of the stuff went to forum members except the PMC+ since the forum members are better informed than eBay buyers. I have been busy personalizing my MB EQS SUV and posting the results...

    FS: 2022 Taycan CT4 - Chalk

I traded my 2022 Taycan CT4 with 12K miles on 29-Oct-2022. The dealer put it up for sale at about $11K over the original MSRP. Five weeks later the car is still on the lot and they are now offering it for $6K over MSRP. Here on the East Coast the demand for overpriced CT4s does not seem to be...

SOLD: 19" Pirelli P Zero Winter Tires, 5000 miles. $400 for set. Local pick up.

Tires still available. In order to use these tires your car either needs to be equipped with 19" wheels or you will have to acquire an extra set of 19" Taycan wheels. The 19" wheels are often available at a reasonable price on eBay since they are not the most desirable wheels.

    Error during charging Message

If you change the breaker to 30 amps, and the outlet to a NEMA 6-30 or NEMA 14-30, and get the corresponding supply cable for the PMC+, then you should get a faster charge than running at 50% and still avoid overheating.

SOLD: 19" Pirelli P Zero Winter Tires, 5000 miles. $400 for set. Local pick up.

Tires are still available. I think shipping from PA to WA will be expensive. PM me your zip code and I will get a quote from UPS.
