I have recently been unable to remotely condition my vehicle. I have tried from both the MyPorsche and Porsche Connect apps. The error I have received is as a follows. The air conditioning does work form within the vehicle. Thank you for any helpful thoughts, suggestions?

There were eleven (11) updates, I took photos of all except for one that I missed. I just installed all of them but have not had a chance to evaluate/ experience any changes. Hope this is helpful to any / all.
