I watched the State of Charge review of the A2Z adapter and Tom mentioned that the charging session can be started from either from PnC, Tesla App or the Fordpass App. If PnC wasn't working, and it's started from the Tesla App, how would the TSCN know that it's a Ford vs. a VW vs. something...
I'd resolve the warranty problem to make sure that stink doesn't stick with you. You can do as folks suggest here, remove the dash cam and demonstrate that it's not the problem and it is infact NOT attached to the wiring harness.
As far as your key not found problem goes, I too had this...
I find this completely unacceptable. It's a known failure in which they're issuing recalls piecemeal. This should be a class action lawsuit that results in a clear extended warranty much like what they did for the 991 GT3 Engines.

The identified cars were found using some clustering algo. I'm sure there are likely more. Now the question is, what is causing the over charging? Software or hardware and if it's fast charging or l2?
Mine just failed as well. One week to get into service and a couple of days to get the part. According to the service advisor, this part is no longer stocked at the dealer and requires PAG approval to attain the part. Good news is that the part is local to the states. Without heat, my range is...
We should do a tech day in the tristate to swap out the cabin air filter and show people how to bleed brakes. $50 - $100 in parts plus an hour of time.
