Does it remedy itself after the 2 finger reboot...? (only to happen again sporadically days later)
Mine did this all the time but the latest software patch (3 months ago) seems to have fixed it.
I have my Escort hardwired into fuse box with RJ-11 connector feeding my Escort. I was wondering if I can take my RJ-11 jack connector I plug into my Escort and instead connect it to a 2 for 1 splitter and then run a wire to both Radar detector AND dashcam.
Would this work? Is there enough...
I had this update done and it fixed all of my problems with PCM hanging and requiring the 2 finger salute. I heard it was available and called the dealership. Oddly, one dealership told me there is no recall for my car. I called another (McKinney Porsche) and they said "Yup, bring it in..."...
Those speed bumps are killers...poorly implemented. Looks like they even have a steel reinforced ridge to ensure maximum damage to people who might drag. Just pathetic on who put them there!
Mine has done that but it went away after a few minutes and attempts. Not sure if this is the same as yours but hope it helps.
BTW - I was still having to do the reboot about 20% of time I got in car even after the first software upgrade. I got another software upgrade about a month ago and...
In the states, I put a 50A in my house fuse box and set the charger at 40A (its highest setting) and Iget 9 kW charge to my car. You may have read though that Porsche has made announcements telling people to set their charger (it is configurable) to only 20A. This is because some cheaper...
It has depreciated already...it most likely has seen the most of its percentage drop and should stabilize moving forward. DON'T SELL! You will lose more on new cars again if you did!
I am told it will work but I have not investigated yet where to get them cut. My biggest complaint was everyday seeing an empty hole in my key fob. This fills it like OEM.
I’m pretty sure the Taycan and Cayenne and Macan all share same key fobs and key blanks.
I plan to get it cut from my...
Somehow I lost my key from my key fob. The part that slides out and used to unlock the door if the key battery is dead or remote now working.
I found some online but had to buy them in bulk of 5. So I have extras if anyone ever finds themselves needing one and not wanting to pay $100 or it's...
Seems more and more that the big cities and their leaders enable this type of crime with little to no punishment. My Cayenne was broken into and we identified the man that did it and was known to do smash and grabs and then try to buy gift cards at the local grocery store. The store manager...
I think you did the right things. I don't get why people get upset if someone unplugged a car fully charged. (Not all cars physically lock the connection) While of course you must do so with caution and responsibility, if the car is unattended and fully charged then IMHO they relinquish their...
There is also a manual release option as well.
The release can be found on the inside of either the driver's side or the passenger's side door. Open the door, and you'll see the release on the back side of the fender at the top. Pull the release towards the back of the vehicle. It will manually...
