I believe it’s a little unclear in the TSB still; it does not clarify if the 12v is only charged when the car is in drive or also when the vehicle is parked as the HV battery isn’t active? OP I assume your charger is compatible with lithium ion? My c-tek has a button to reset the battery...

Main battery AND 12v battery dead? The 12v is meant to top up from the HV battery - up to four times I think. I believe recommendation is leaving the HV charger attached; profile configured for 50%. This is what I do - although tends to be more like a couple weeks vs four.

I tried that / burnt it all down - pairings, deleted profile from car, deleted app etc and made no difference on my Cayenne and Taycan.
