I have this problem from time to time and it's annoying. Glad it's a known glitch. In the bulletin they mention that the fix is to replace the door handle. Does anyone know if that means also replacing the painted part of the door handle?

My PPF installer who's done many Taycans and also did PPF for the nearby Porsche dealership said he always removes them. He removed it on mine and it didn't damage the paint. Leaving it on or cutting around it seems like more trouble than necessary.

No that wasn't me. I've only driven it in the East Bay so far. Funny thing is I hadn't seen a Neptune Blue in person. The day I went to the dealer to do paperwork and look at the car, someone else was taking delivery of a Neptune Blue Taycan!

HA! I recognize that under-construction Porsche dealer. I picked my Neptune Blue Taycan there at the end of April, beginning of May. Your experience is similar to mine. I've had folks ask me about the car and they've all expressed surprised when I tell them it's electric.

I was watching video guide on how to operate the 2022 Taycan from a dealer in Florida and noticed it had the new PCM. I wonder if this means any new cars arriving on boats now have the new PCM.
