I got a small rock ding on the hood on the way home from the dealer. Dings happen. *sigh. (Luckily, I have PPF on the hood and and didn't penetrate, but you can see a small spot on the PPF)
I've had phone overheating issues in other cars. If you are using carplay and charging at the same time, the phone will cook and potentially shutdown. I've given up on wireless charging and just plug it in... Using iPhone 13 Pro and had issue both with Taycan and Audi Q5.
I use Chubb. They are more slightly more expensive, but hassle free. Had to replace a windshield on my R8 s couple of years ago. No hassles on using OEM parts.
Mine was on the Stella as well. I hear that it is stuck at Benicia wanting for a 12V battery. Word is that there is a decent chance that it will reach the dealer by the end of the year, but who really knows ....
Yes. You should be able to go through your insurance company. You will have to pay your deductible though. They will then subrogate to collect from the other company. When they eventually collect, they will most likely refund the deductible you paid (check with them on this). I had to do this...
Nope. Still sitting in Emden ... A trick for you if you are willing to take delivery at the PECLA. According to my SA, those cars get offloaded in Houston and trucked to LA - arriving quicker as a result.
