I should have used “session” instead of cycle. What I meant to say is either you do top up charging (shorter session) or you actually wait until your battery only has 10-15% left and then charge it back to 85-90%

Thanks for your replies. I am using shorter cycles for now. Indeed going from 55+ to 85 using a charging profile. I guess I will continue to use this method if possible.
