I think that you have to consider the fact that after 2022, the EVs are "mainstream" and everyone can buy one in a short wait time. During covid and pre covid, supply was low, demand was high. People had to wait 1+ year for even an average VW ID car..
So of course in 2022+, a lot of EVs you can...
They have been claiming to use AI for several recalls.. Find it kindof silly, as it's most likely down to a batch of products which have a from-to date of manufacturing.
So it smells :-P
I think you are correct, it's like I saw a video from a factory in China (toured by interesting engineering) and they said if you buy a custom aluminun part (that was not a wheel, should be said), that it cost just 5$ per kilo aluminium from China.
So of course forged is more expensive, but I...
That is crazy, I would check out what laws apply to your country.
4 months deprecation and general market fall is a lot in 4 months!
Even if they give you a free loaner with same specs, you are kindof "locked" into that car. If you loose your job or want to buy a new car or whatever, you cant...
It's worth noting that the Taycan may not charge as quickly on non-800V chargers. When connected to a 350-400V charger, it may not achieve the same rapid charging speeds due to limitations in amperage. This is because the Wattage is determined by multiplying Voltage and Amperage, and vehicles...
Your 2019 3 has a more basic Autopilot than the one that is included now.
The new ones have included green light notification and a lot of stuff that used to be in the EAP package. So basic autopilot now does almost all the FSD did in 2019, but you wont have summon and lane change/on/offramp on...
Yes, will go back to Tesla.
But I am waiting to see the refresh of the Model 3, I hope they refresh it to get the same rear hatch as the Y/S/X. And hope they bring tow hith for refresh 3 Performance. I want the practicality of the Y Performance (but less size). So I want tow + roof rack.
Hope...
I dont know why some people seem negative to this thread, I think transparancy about range loss and state of health is a good thing. If you buy a car with XX range and you need 95% of that range to have it as a good daily driver, you may have to sell it off before the range drops too much.
I would think limiting factors are:
1) Battery cooling,Taycan on nurburgring already can overheat after a lap.
The huge cells are not that easy to cool properly for much higher output.
2) Drivetrain.. Transmission means more stuff can break. Should redo motors with higher RPM and tri motor...
Yes, but remember that when you sell this car - people may expect to see memory profiles etc. as this is common even on the Toyota down the street now.
If it were like a hardcore racecar you could argue it was chosen for less weight or something.. But in a premium car I think it will hurt...
